Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, let us know within 7 days of receiving the item and we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please be prepared to send a photograph of what you received. Please remember that our natural products may contain imperfections that add to their uniquely handcrafted nature and are not considered to be damage.
